どの班も、RT-PCRでバンドを確認することができました。

今日は、コムギ葉からのRNAを抽出しました。
Nanodropの不具合で、濃度を測定できませんでしたが、
研究室に戻って、再度確認したところ、全班、RNAを無事抽出できていました。

４月４日土曜日に植物遺伝、栽培植物進化学、細胞機能構造学、環境物質科学、植物病理学研究室の学生と教員で、満開の桜を見ながら、バーベキューをしました。
規則が厳しくなったので、いつもの圃場のそばではなく、ガラス温室とE棟の間のスペースでしました。
卒業生の方も参加してくださいました。
